Cannot create NLB in windows server 2012 vm

I have a multi tenant network scvmm and I can't create windows network load balance on a Windows Server 2012 R2 VM. Anyone can help?

This is easy to achieve - BUT - SCVMM Absolutely HATES NLB.  You need to turn on "Enable MAC address spoofing" on the Virtual Machine settings using Failover Cluster Manager for the virtual network adapter that you are going to use in an NLB team, as shown in the following screenshot.

Please be aware that SCVMM does not have this setting natively - any future changes of the VM configuration through SCVMM will TURN THIS OFF - so even changing things like memory, disk or CPU - this setting will be turned off, and therefore break your NLB.  Any machines which use NLB should only be managed through Failover Cluster Manager, and not SCVMM due to this problem.

Answer provided is based on actual experience with a working NLB environment running under Hyper-V, where the machines are managed by SCVMM.
