Is there a site like pastebin that allows u to post a list or some text and only allow append so u can collaborate on work but avoid the risk of deleting?

Git is the first thing that comes to mind to me. A main focus of it is to allow developers to collaborate on projects. It keeps version history, so you don't have to worry about losing the code. www.github.com or www.bitbucket.org allow you to make git repositories pretty easily.

A more lightweight option is www.collabedit.com. collabedit is more like an interactive paste bin.  It allows for deleting, but also keeps a version history so you can look back at a previous version.
