Download every frame from a Youtube video as .jpg. Is there a automatic way to do this?

You'd be best downloading the whole video and then converting each frame of the video to jpg.

And applications exist to convert videos to jpg.  Note, I recommend converting only the sections of video to jpg that you need otherwise your hard disk is going to fill up extremely rapidly.
