Good Day All Experts,

I am trying to rotate partners from the list, I found few solutions from this site, which I already applied in attached sheet.

The rule is who is already have fixed partner, must not be used for rotation. For example, Andre Barnard teaming with Jaco De Jager always. These two must not be part of other member's rotation.

Please guide.

Try this workbook.

By the way, in column "F" you have Partners spelled wrong.

Thanks Martin,

Attachment doesn't have complete VBA.

Column F is automated with formula linked with Column A & B.

I want the result in Column F as I change the team number.

There was a bug in that code. If this doesn't work then, if you can, please post your actual workbook.

BTW, I've created another version where a data validation list appears in column B that includes only the names of people who are not already paired with someone. Here's the "before" picture
BeforeAnd here is what I see after I select Andre Nolte.
AfterWhat more, if anything, should happen?

Martin that was good,

Your solution works very well where user will manually type the members in column B.

But I would like to automate this process, as I will change the Team from 2 to 3 in J1, Partners from F5 till last row must rotate the pair except those who already have paired.

In the attached is my solution that I showed in my previous post. I believe that it does what you originally asked for and so if you agree I'd appreciate you closing this question and asking a new one for the rest.
