I turned Push to OFF and made the update frequency Manual. But now, when I click an email account, only that one gets updated.

How do I manually "Pull" all new emails on all accounts?

You have to check each account. Fetching multiple accounts, so you turned all the Fetch off. Now you have to check each account. There is no Fetch All.

I have to do this for each of my 3 accounts.

Thanks. I posted from my own experience and individual fetch was the result.
