I need to create a form that users can upload pictures to my web page,

what is the secure way to do it?

do you suggest a php code that I should use for uploading image?

I want to let my users upload only picuters.

Here is the basic info: http://php.net/manual/en/features.file-upload.post-method.php  Images are just files to PHP.  Ray Paseur has a better script that he will probably upload later.  Or you can look at his articles and find it there.
