Cisco router recommendation for a 1 gig internet connection

I'm currently using a cisco 2821 router for my 100Mbit/s ISP connection.  We might upgrade to a 200Mbit/s connection or even 500Mbit/s and  in the research I've done, my current router will not support anything more than 100Mbit/s

Does anyone recommend a good Cisco router (IOS), that can support up to 1 gig connection?  I'm looking for something with at least 4 gig ports, or more.

Thanks, I saw that reference website before.  So I think the 4331 is to small for gig, so I'll need something beefier.
ASR1001-X. Fits all you parameters.

Thanks, but it's very expensive.  How about the CISCO3945E/K9 ?  Will this work? I think it's rated at 1.5Gbps, and it's a bit cheaper.

Thanks, so it looks like the ASR1001-X will be a beefier box.
Yes. The price difference between 3945 and ASR 1001-X including smartnets is around $2K (according to cdw.com). If you would purchase modules for 3945, it would come out to be roughly the same. Also, ASR has only fiber ports, no copper.

So do I need to buy a module for copper?   I only have copper now.
