Does anyone know of a stamdalone script that will migrate user data from windows 7 to windows 10? I cant use anything that will require an install on either system but can run scripts and can use command prompts.

Thanks in Advance

No script answer but...

If you want to copy the user's entire profile and you are allowed to run a program, consider using Transwiz. There is just 1 exe file and maybe an ini file. It can be placed and run on an external drive or thumb drive. Nothing to install.
