Hi,

How thymeleaf natural templating vs JSP are different. what are advantages and disadvantage, practical uses of thymeleaf compared to JSP for creating web applications. please advise

The Thymeleaf site itself has a pretty good article on the subject:

http://www.thymeleaf.org/doc/articles/thvsjsp.html

The short answer is that you can open Thymeleaf templates right in your browser and have a pretty good idea of what they're going to look like once they're processed. You can't do the same thing with JSP files.
