Remote Desktop Gateway Manager not working

Hi, We have a Server 2012R2 running Remote Desktop Gateway Manager.  It has been up and running fine for over a year, users were using it fine on Friday and on Saturday it stopped working and now when users connect they get the error below.  We changed/updated nothing, rebooted server, checked all logs, services, etc., no errors, no issues.  Any suggestions?

"your computer can't connect to the remote computer because an error occurred on the remote computer you want to connect to."

Thank You,

Are they connecting via WAN or LAN? WAN connection maybe a result in router change. WAN or LAN could be a result in a DNS issue anywhere in the chain. Usually when I see this error it's DNS. Can you confirm no ones changed DNS? Also check DHCP for errors if your using it. Also check the remote computer your trying to connect to and that it has no ip conflicts like two machines with the same ip. release and renew the ip's if using dhcp ipconfig /release ipconfig /renew then flush the dns - ipconfig /flushdns and register it - ipconfig /registerdns do this with all desktops involved and servers except release and renew. Servers should have static ip's.

Double check the DNS event log and make sure there are no error.

If none of this works un-join the remote machine your trying to connect to from the domain and then rejoin to assure it has a legitimate inter-domain trust.

This can be closed, turned out to just be an issue with the site testing from.

The issue was with the site, not the server.
