outlook 2016 reply all without recipient

hello expert
i am facing a strange problem recently, while i click reply all in outlook 2016, there is no any recipient in to or cc filed, do you aware of this issue and how to fix it?

Try the following two suggestions:

1. Do a Full Repair of Office 2016. Shut down, start up and test.

2. If the repair does not work, make a new, test, Windows User Profile (Account). Log into the new Windows Account, set up Outlook and test.
