Add users to windows server 2012 essentials dashboard that already exist in Active Directory

How do I Add users to windows server 2012 essentials dashboard that already exists in Active Directory?  In SBS 2011 there is a way to change user role which allows you to include all users from active directory in the selection list.

To manually import user names into the Dashboard

On the Destination Server, open a Command Prompt window as an administrator.

Type cd “\Program Files\Windows Server\Bin”, and press ENTER.

Type WssPowerShell.exe, and then press ENTER.

Type Import-WssUser –Name <username>, and then press ENTER.

Repeat the previous step for each user name that you want to import into the Dashboard.
