last logon

is the last logon option replicated between domain controllers?

This page suggests it is not. I was under the impression it is not but someone informed me it is.

lastLogon is indeed not replicated, see https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms676823(v=vs.85).aspx
lastLogonTimestamp (which was introduced in W2k3) is replicated (under certain conditions), see https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms676824(v=vs.85).aspx
