Youtube "datacenter" and for networking Youtube "softlayer"

You should be able to see a lot about data centers from those videos,
Google
Cisco
Microsoft
Facebook
All have videos showing off their data centers some of them are a bit old.

Dont forget to research power distribution, environmental sensors and controls, cable management, acoustics and airflow management (they use CFD for this these days), hot & cold aisles, fire suppression and business continuity amongst other things
