I have a div on a page, it has a property in the CSS that seems to not be cross browser/device ready.

When I go to the page on my emulator, sometimes the top image does not show but most importantly on my mobile device emulator (Browserstack) and I scroll down there are three boxes that are all float left it seems.

The div is #homepage-section-4 The three circles

Do you see this on your mobile device or emulator.
