Dear Support,

In My iPhone 5S (IOS 10.1) imo not working. I delete app and re-install it but the result is I can't get past the screen where I have to enter my mobile number and country. Still the page is in loading but I have not been able to complete the installation. Can anyone have a solution for this problem?

If a normal restart doesn't help you could try a reset. Hold Power en Home button, this will do a hard reset, the phone will shutdown and restart on his own in about 20 seconds. With this method you should keep your data. If not you can set a system image from iCloud back.
