I have a client who is logging into his new PC using his Office 365 credentials. As part of being  joined to Azure AD is seems to default setting is to request that a PIN is set up.

How can I disable this feature for this user or across the organisation (only 4 accounts).

We do not have access to Intune or other MDMs.

If it is using a Microsoft Account, the PIN being used is likely the Windows 10 PIN. Go Start, Settings, User Accounts, Sign-In options and remove the PIN there.

This is not advisable, but that is how you do it.

They are not using a MS account. They are using the organisation account.

The document McKnife helped me find the correct location in my version of Windows 10

Navigate to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows components > Microsoft Passport for work

and set Use Microsoft Passport for Work = disabled
