Microsoft Retail Management System Store Administrator gives Runtime Error 429 - Activex cant create object

The Microsoft RMS is installed in a windows xp SP3 computer. I have install some updates and .Net 1.1 and .Net 4.x After that the store operation manager gives a database error and the administrator gives the Runtime Error 429.

MS have removed support for both Microsoft RMS and Windows XP long ago and it is unlikely that you can solve your problem.

The only way you can try is to use system restore to go back to the state you do the update.
