Synology NAS doesn't work, Blue light blinking. Can't reach Synology support

Dear Sir/Madam

The problem is that the Synology NAS doesn't startup and there's only a blue light blinking.
Any ideas on how to fix this? We think the motherboard is broken.
Model is 415 plus

I really appreciate any help you can provide,

Does the synology software detect the system on the network?

No the DSM assistant doesn't find anything, reset button doesn't do anything (no beep when holding it). We've created a ticket and today we'll get a response, but I think the motherboard is broken.

We got a case open with Synology at the moment, but he support is slow with responding. Thanks for your assistance!

Thanks for responding once again, We got a reaction from Synology and they confirmed the motherboard is broken. We still got warrenty so with a RMA it will be done.
