in our school they want to give out some pens for Universal Children's Day and they want a tag on each pen

on one side with the school logo which is BWSS (see attached) and the other side is Happy Children's Day 2016 Can anyone do something like this....you might know how to do this cause it has to print front and back and i think is for like 700 kids

I have never used Publisher before

unless you have a printer that supports 2-sided printing (duplex), you are going to have to do this in two steps

print the logo on one site and "Happy Children's Day 2016" on the other side

create two pages one with the logos and the other with the text

the easiest way to do this is to use the same sized table on both pages so that the front and back pages are aligned

you could use Word or Publisher to do this...

here is an example using Word 2010

So basically print what you did and stick it together ??

not really

if you have a duplex printer (i.e. has ta capability of printing on both sides of the page in a single pass) then you print the file on the same sheet logo on face and text on back.

otherwise, you print a sheet of logos, then you turn the sheet over and print the text on back

if you want more tags per page, then reduce the size of the logo (4 or 5 columns per row)
