Exchange Server 2016 install Certificate error

Fresh install of Win Server 2016 Standard
Updated AD & Schema for exchange install.  AD is on windows server 2008r2 box
Active Exchange server 2010 on win2008r2 box.  
Trying to set up Exchange 2016 and move everything over.

Step 7 of 13 Mailbox role Client Access Service.

Get the following error:

Try running with Administrator privileges.

I believe I Found the Solution.

"Fire up MMC, add the Local Computer Certificate store into the console, locate the certificate for the computers DNS name when you first went to install Exchange 2010 Beta/RC, (It will be in the personal store if you are getting this error and matched the thumbprint), move it into the Trusted Root Certification Authorities. Now you can install, enjoy :)."

This worked.  I have passed step 7 and am progressing forward.
