We have an Audiologist client that is needing her email to be Hipaa compliant.  I've heard that we can Use Microsoft Office 365 but I can't seem to get a straight answer from Microsoft on which version is Hipaa compliant.  I had someone tell me Office 365 Enterprise E1 was compliant but then at the end of the conversation they weren't sure.  If someone could point me in the right direction that would be great.  Thank you in advance.
