I have 2 accounts in my reference computer. I want to capture it and deploy it on physical machine using MDT and WDS.
Is there any way we can disable admin account and set password for other account?

you could set the admin password as expired. then it must be changed after first login.

credential data can't be changed from remote for security reasons.

as you already used MTD you may check for "zero-touch deployment". see
