outlook, calendar, exchange

I am really having a weird issue.

one user let us say USER A@company.com from my company  is getting calendar invite from user B@yesmail.com  from yesmail domain  to his outlook 2013 as plain text while other users in his department and infact everybody is getting proper calendar invite from user B @yesmail.com except USER A

I uninstalled and reinstalled office, outlook, redid his outlook profile unchecked plain txt in trust center checked addins, rules on USERA
and send test calendar invite from google to USERA@mycompany.com and it worked fine also USERA is getting proper calendar invite from everybody else.

but WHEN USERC OR USERD @yesmail.com sends calendar invite to usera@mycompany.com it is comes as proper calendar invite  so calendar invite from yesmail domain is coming fine.
so what is wrong with that particular userB from yesmail who send calendar invite and it is coming as plain txt to the USERA@mycompany.com

Question:
Is this User Inviting the person via the 'Invite Attendees' or are they using 'Forward' on the calendar event?

If using the 'FORWARD' method, they may have it set to Rich Text or Plain Text. It should be HTML.

Please advise.

Hi, I see my comment is marked as the answer but your messages to me privately lead me to believe this would not be the answer.

I want to assist and I now better understand the scenario. To confirm, the SENDER is not using Outlook, only the recipient.
I will do more research and see what I find.

Ok, confirmed:
User A is using Outlook
UserB is using Outlook configured for Yesmail
UserB sends invite to UserA and UserA receives as plain text.
However, UserB sends same invite to other people in UserA's office (Userc and UserD) and they receive normally.

Question:
When UserB@yesmail sends an invite to UserA, UserC and UserD how doe they all receive the invite? Does only UserA receive as Plain Text or do all?
- If all, then the options above in the screenshots may be the reason the Users receive as Plain text.
- if only UserA, when ALL three Users are invited in the same invite, receives as Plain Text that would be something different.

Please confirm I am on track here.

Just saw your post about HTML - understood.

Please answer the question about the behavior of the invite to multiple Users at once so I can better narrow down another thought.
That thought is about how Outlook sends attachments, which an invite is technically an attachment. See screenie:

These are my settings and I send and receive everything to/ from everyone in HTML. I'm wondering if the sender has another option selected, such as Plain Text.

Another option is for the Recipient to perform a Repair on the Office installation. This will usually fix most basic issues with program corruption. It does not take long and is an easy trouble-shooting step. Microsoft also recommends this when POP senders send invites that arrive as Plain Text. This is assuming Yesmail is configured as a POP account in Outlook.
