Offline Home drive H is not available on the Windows 10 Laptops, but available on Windows 7 Laptops

Hi

We have Windows 2012 DC and our file server is running on Window 2003.

The Staff Laptops are on Windows 7 and planning to migrate to windows 10.

On Windows 7 Laptop ,when users login the home drive “H” is mapped and when the laptop is taken offsite (work from Home) still they will be able to access their offline files on H drive and when they bring the laptop  and connect to our network , it Synchronises with the users home drive on the file server.

Now we are planning to migrate the laptops to Windows 10 and so I tested for offline file availability. I logged in as User A, into the windows 10 laptop connected to our network and the Home drives were mapped. When I disconnect the laptop from the network and restart and log in as user A again.
the H drive in not there anymore. Do I need to do changes on the GPO, so that windows 10 machines  H drive to work offline?

Any help much appreciated.

Thanks
