Note that cloning the system will save some time per system, but it won't get around licensing.  Either (a) volume licenses for the software or (b) individual software licenses for each machine, are required.

When Windows is cloned, on its first startup on new hardware it detects that it is on a new system -- even if the two machines are fundamentally identical.  It then invalidates the system's license and Windows must be re-authorized.

When those critical system Registry keys change, it is probable that most of the layered software will also stop working, and that software will then also have to be re-authorized.
Windows 7 Enterprise was only available as Volume License, so that should already be assured.

for training 1 week , license is not issue , trael is enough . Is norton ghost any other tool available to do immediate ?
Are you not understanding?  MDT is FREE.  WDS is FREE (if you have a server; it's already a feature of Windows Server in every version since 2003 R2) and using a multicast you could deploy over the network to 30 machines (assuming gigabit network) in under 1 hour. ALL machines.  Under 1 hour.  BUT, you MUST sysprep.

what about nortan ghost
Ghost isn't free, and it comes from one of the worst software manufacturer around (Symantec). I would never recommend any of their products.

is there any utility other than from microsoft
There are plenty of cloning/imaging tools that are not from Microsoft.

However, to be supported, you MUST, ABSOLUTELY MUST - NO OTHER TOOL WILL DO - use Sysprep.  Failing to do so may appear to work... and maybe will for your purposes, but it could also result in difficult to impossible problems to diagnose.

Can you explain why Microsoft isn't an option for Microsoft products in your environment.
Both rindi and LeeW have proposed a workable solution, which indeed appears to be the only practical solution in this case where 65 machines are being imaged.  Both should receive credit.  The fact that the author has not been forthcoming or responsive does not diminish their contributions.
