How can I stop sending calendar/meeting requests to people outside my organization?
As a half-measure to solve a different issue, I want to restrict outbound calendar appointments from being sent to people outside my organization. Is it possible with Exchange 2016 / Exchange Online? I still want the meeting request to go to internal people.

"More options.." that was it. I never clicked it. Thank you.
You can easily share the calendar only with those person who work inside the Organization. Just follow below steps:
1. Sign into Outlook or Office 365, then click on calendar and then click on share.
2. Enter the email address with which you want to share the calendar in Share with textbox.
3. Now, select the drop down list for allowing the other person to see the amount of information (Here you can also allow others to complete access of information, you can also allow others to respond on you behalf).
4. Now, after setting everything hit send button for sharing the information with those, who are present in same organization.
