one outlook 2013 user is getting email messages from user@yahoo.com bit garbled which is a good sender

I am attaching document, any idea why is he getting email messages like this. this is in the message body

I just pasted a part of it

Probably caused by a malformed signature of the user that sent the message.  There is nothing you can do about it

but it is coming from web mail yahoo.com

Microsoft added a nice new feature that may be causing you your issues.

Go into File/Options/Advanced and scroll down towards the bottom.

Look for Display/Disable hardware graphics acceleration.

Try disabling, exit outlook completely and re-test.

all mail from yahoo.com or just one user on yahoo?  I can send/recieve from yahoo without a problem
