You have obviously logged in from a workstation, that needs a vSphere Client update. [remember this will be the last time, as the vSphere Client is RIP, and GONE in 6.5/7.0!]

If it's unable to save, it cannot save the file to your workstation disk.

We usually download the latest vSphere Clients from VMware, and store them on a File Share, called vSphere Client, organised by version for Ops and Admin staff to download and use, or Run/Installer from the share.

Download all the clients you need from VMware, and store them on a share, no more issues.

BUT, in the future, there will be no more Client, so not needed when you upgraded all your hosts and vCenter Server to 6.5/7.0.

So the problem will fade away....hence why VMware are investing heavily in WEB BROWSER Admin!
