Vcenter 6.5 install Error

Vcenter 6.5 Install is giving me hard time to install.
I keep getting errors shown in the screenshot below:

This was a common issue with 6.0, we not seen this one with 6.5 yet...

Also upload you log, and we will have a look, at what it states.

I uploaded some log files that might have a clue of why the error is happening

Why not use the Appliance now?

No need for Windows, and the future is the appliance anyway!
