Exchange 2013 sending anonymous spam

Hello,

my queue is full of outgoing emails an there are no sender ( < > )

Any sugestion??

Yes two possiblitys,

1) your server is open relay , check the same using mxtoolbox.com run open relay test.h

2) Any internal desktop on your network is infected with virus  and the same is sending high spam mails to your server , download exmon tool and check which desktop is sending high traffic to exchange accordingly scan that computer for virus or remove from network
