Hi, I have a pretty big issue. A client set me up with a new email address on outlook 365. I wanted to have it in my outlook client, so I downloaded their Outlook_Setup_Assistant_installation.

It ran, and when I re-opened outlook, it was the only thing there. All my other accounts, my emails, my folders, my rules, everything else is gone.

I think it might have created separate profile.
Go to control panel> Mail>Click Show Profiles. Select if you see your Old existing profile and set that as default. Open outlook and see if you got all your mails back. If you still dont see the mail items then you need to search for .ost and .pst file if it is in your Computer Login profile.

Thanks- I actually panicked and did a system restore. Then I tried to add it manually. The issue seems to be that it is a microsoft exchange email?  I went into Control Panel> Mail, and installed a new account, and now I am back to the same place.

When I open Outlook, I only see the one profile, everything else is gone. If I go to Control Panel> Mail> show profiles,  I see this:

I think those are my old profiles. Should I select "Always use this profile"?
