Heyas,

Is there a way to setup your Outlook Calendar 2010 so if you have any meetings that day it reminds at the start of the day.

Example: Two meetings 1 at 11am the other at 2pm
Reminder: 8am you have two meetings today.

Thank you.

If you force Outlook to open to the Home page you will see your list of appointments.

Another option is to use Task Scheduler to run this daily @ the time you want.
Outlook.exe /select outlook:calendar
