How to solve ACT CRM issues?
Almost we tried a plenty of CRM systems for our company. But the result is not much good because one or more requirements are missed or budgets, etc. Then one of our clients recommend ACT CRM, it helps to manage our customers and contacts. But now we're facing some problems in the ACT.
Recently, we upgraded our machine into windows 10. Afterward, ACT not fully supported with windows 10. This issue raised once upgrade finished, still now we stuck with an operating system issue. Then sometimes crashing occurs, any solutions are available in outside. Share your suggestions, thank you.

Well, the latest version of ACT supported Windows 10. That's OK. What about older versions? Because I'm using older version only, so How is it possible to suddenly jump into the newer version. In case some problem occurs in version conversion, then what can I do?

If you buy the v18 version now, it will also include a free upgrade to v19 when that's released in the new year
The only real option is to upgrade ... v19 is available now

Thanks for your information. Further we've no idea about using ACT. So move onto some other resource, it will be better.
There is lots of help with Act!, if you need it ... through forums like this or by engaging a consultant to train you
The current versions of Act! are certainly fully supported on Windows 10 ...
