Import a txt file into 2012 DNS server

Hello,

We are currently migrating some e-mails boxes than an external suppliers ask me to import this TXT file (attached) in my DNS server. please can you tell me step by step how I can do this ?

Hi try with netsh -f PATH_AND_FILENAME.txt
