Can’t delete a file

Hi

A customer can't delete a file.

User generated image
The error we get.

In Zeile:1 Zeichen:1

    + CategoryInfo          : ObjectNotFound: (C:\Users\test\D...016 im Zuge des:String) [Remove-Item], ItemNotFoundException
    + FullyQualifiedErrorId : PathNotFound,Microsoft.PowerShell.Commands.RemoveItemCommand

Possible problem:
- I think the filename is too long

What we already tried:
- To take ownership => failed
- To delete the file as an Administrator => failed

The file size is 0 and then it has no extension (so this is only a icon?). Any idea how to delete this file without deleting the profile?

Many thanks in advance.

@all
Thanks to everyone who helped me. McKnifes solution helped me and we did not try other solutions, so they may also work.
