Can we Install Windows Server Backup & Tivoli Storage Manger

Can any one let us know that On Windows Server 2012 R2 the feature Windows Server Backup and Tivoli Storage Manger (TSM) used / installed at the same time.

We want to install Windows Server Backup on the server where already TSM client have already install and working.

we don't want our TSM configuration should not disturber when we install Windows Server Backup.

Yes, it will be fine, but don't backup using both items at the same time
