Citrix xenapp License server change

My Citrix license Server is Windows 2003, i build a new Windows 2012 Server for Citrix license Server.

how can i move license Server fron Windows 20003 to Windows 2012 ?

can be a user Problem after moving license Server?

Citrix AppCenter, Citrix Systems Version: 6.0.0.0

i have a 3 xenapp Server(farm) on esxi

XenApp 6 license server can be set when each server is joined to the farm or via a Citrix Policy thru AppCenter or a Citrix Policy thru Active Directory or by changing the registry.

Citrix Policy thru AppCenter is easiest if you have no access to AD.
