Probably you know exactly which rule it is? If you do, provide all the details of this rule.

Than you for responding!

If e-mail comes from sender @domainexample.com then move the message to subfolder in Outlook 2011. OS is Yosemite.
Also i read something about rebuilding the account but i am not familiar with that.

How is Outlook getting the GMail account. Through POP3 or IMAP?

You should add this rule in Gmail settings then. When you do stuff like this in Outlook, it conflicts with Gmail, since Gmail works differently (one Inbox, with labels, vs traditional IMAP accounts with "real" folders).
Make a new label in Gmail (in your browser), then apply the rule to apply that label (and skip inbox) for that email. When Outlook starts and syncs, the folder will have that email already.
