Credit Card use with Find My Phone - how to eliminate

iPhone 6s - iOS 10.1.1/Settings/iCloud/Family/SHARED PAYMENT METHOD

"Purchases initiated by family members will be billed to this payment method."

"Change in iTunes & App Store Settings" - not so!

'PURCHASES AND IN-APP PURCHASES' - Password - "Always Require" is checked.

Members of Family Sharing group can charge this Credit Card for iTunes purchases, with no password - not good!

How to I eliminate Credit Card availability in "Find iPhone" App?

I want to use only as 'Find My Phone' App - no iTunes purchases/credit card availability wanted!

Further, I (as owner of the Credit Card) want to be able to use Credit Card for iTunes purchases as usual.

See Apple's rules here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201266
It says:
If you're the organizer, you can use these payment methods. You can’t set your payment information to None.
The last part is what you want (or not want, but it's just not possible)
So I suggest you swap the CC info, with a prepaid debit card (with almost no money on it, and from a bank that does not allow overdraft, ex Skrill/Moneybookers)
