Need powershell script or powercli to check all hosts and VMs in cluster

Need powershell script or powercli to check all hosts and VMs in cluster for bottlenecks, overall health and etc that will run daily at a certain time and send email with all issues it finds. Dont need tools, only scripts please
CPU
Memory
Disk
etc..

or considered using RV Tools provided the information in a spreadsheet ?

anyone have one already built that does everything they need? or a great example where all i need to do is change paramters.. there are several vcenters that i need to attach too.
did you look at vCheck and VMware vSphere Health Check Report  ?

what you are asking for is usually down with tools, e.g. Veeam One (free version), because it's difficult with a script to define a BOTTLENECK ?
