I am very new to Dynamics CRM, i want to learn and how to use it.<br />

Can someone guide me in write direction i have tried to read microsoft notes and its not easy to understand for me.<br />
<br />
I am looking for Dynamics CRM and later will be integrating it with my back end system.<br />
<br />
I have inhouse skills to do that but want to understand how to install and start using it, the company i will be using it for has 4 people who will be using CRM.<br />
