Vmware Unsufficient Memory

I believe I have enough resources to power 2 VMs at the same time  but I keep getting the message below, when I try to power on the second VM.
I disabled HA and Admission Control, but sill keep getting the same message

Any Help?

Thanks

How much memory does the host have, and how much memory is assigned to the VMs ?

Screenshots would be good.

Vcenter has 12 GB RAM and the 2 VMs have 2GB each

So you have

vCenter Server - 11.7GB
VM1 - 2GB
VM2 - 2GB

So a total of 11.7+2=2 = 15.7GB

How much memory in the Host ?

Host not have enough memory ?

It is VM Workstation.
I have 2 ESX hosts and Virtual shared storage from Starwind.
I have Vcenter from which I added the 2 ESXi hosts and create VM Win-7-1 then cloned another WM from it.

***I believe I should have bumped The memory of the ESXi hosts instead of the Vcenter..

That s what happened ...I increased memory on ESXi hosts and this fixed the issue
