It is VM Workstation.<br />
I have 2 ESX hosts and Virtual shared storage from Starwind.<br />
I have Vcenter from which I added the 2 ESXi hosts and create VM Win-7-1 then cloned another WM from it.<br />

***I believe I should have bumped The memory of the ESXi hosts instead of the Vcenter..

That s what happened ...I increased memory on ESXi hosts and this fixed the issue

I believe I have enough resources to power 2 VMs at the same time &nbsp;but I keep getting the message below, when I try to power on the second VM.<br />

I believe I have enough resources to power 2 VMs at the same time  but I keep getting the message below, when I try to power on the second VM.
I disabled HA and Admission Control, but sill keep getting the same message
