Need a webhosting service without the tricks and BS

My needs are very small. I need a webhosting service that exhibits the minimal amount of bait & switch, hocus pocus, trickery and BS. I am with  IXWEBHOSTING.COM at this time. Attempting to remain sane and also reasonably knowledgable as to what I am being charged for seems to be a daunting task.
I am registered domain name with 7  dotcom addresses. Only ONE of them is being used. Only one of them will ever be needed. I had verbally cancelled the domain registration for six of them approximately two months ago. I was advised that the minimal data associated with them was/is costing me NO additional money. I was just billed, without my authorization for two years for the hosting part of this situation. I immediately phoned them and told them that I only want ONE domain name and storage for ONE domain name. As it has been for the past 15 years they let me have virtually unlimited email addresses of which I use only 8. My data amount allowed for transfer is virtually unlimited in comparison to what I actually use.

Can any Expert recommend a service that will give me the following?

1. Up to 30 email accounts available with no data quantity limits
2. ONE dot.com address that I already have in place
3. Little or no time loss on my being able to use my dot.com while a switch of providers is effected.
4. The ability to pay for three years in advance so that I do not have to go through this @#%&^@#$% for at least 3 more years.
5. Utilize the "privacy" feature that I now have to prevent being bugged by whoever would bug me if I didn't have it.

These needs seem so basic to me. I have no idea why I need to become an internet guru to obtain such a meager list of needs.  They are also telling me that the $390.00 they have charged me for two years is not part of their "introductory offer" which translated to the "BS category" in my mind. I just want simple and reasonable. Nothing more. '

If this question sounds a bit spastic on my part you are reading my state of mind correctly. I am to the point of just dumping the hosting and all involved just to be done with it. It should NOT be this difficult. If you cannot identify with the situation I am faced with then please do not reply. The LAST thing I need or want at this point is criticism that is non productive.
