Hi,

Please I have a problem when I install this patch "KB2972103" on windwos server 2012 R2

Error message : Code 80073712 Windows Update ran into problem (attached)

Yes but I have also the same problem

DISM creates a log file (%windir%/Logs/CBS/CBS.log) that captures any issues that the tool found or fixed. %windir% is the folder in which Windows is installed. For example, the %windir% folder is C:\Windows.

Maybe good to see the log fule on actual errors to troubleshoot further.

Try to uninstall. NET and reinstall the kb.

This issue may occur if the MSI software update registration has become corrupted, or if the .NET Framework installation on the computer has become corrupted.
