Formula to copy cell and its "format"

In a spreadsheet, I used the INDEX function to copy the content of a cell (text) at another place
Works fine
But I want also the "format" of the text to be copied : I mean, some part of the text is bold, some is coloured etc...
Is this possible ?

Unfortunately you cannot achieve this with a formula
