Can a CrossTab report display a value in one column and that percentage in another?

Example:

Agency               Count             Percentage
   1                       10                         10%
   2                       90                         90%

You should be able to.

Drag the data into the summary box twice
Select one of them
CLick CHNAGE SUMMARY
Set it to display as a %
