How to upgrade SCCM 2012 r2 to SCCM 2016

We need to upgrade SCCM 2007 to SCCM 2016 . How to upgrade and what are the prerequisites . As we are using Windows 2008 servers for primary site & secondary sites .

Not clear from your question are you upgrading fom SCCM 2007 or 2012 R2? Anyway, you can't upgrade directly from SCCM 2007, you'd have to upgrade to 2012 first. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sccm/core/servers/deploy/install/upgrade-to-configuration-manager

You also have to upgrade your server OS and probably your SQL.

Yes, we need to upgrade from SCCM 2007 to SCCM 2016 .

I understood with your shared link document  that first we must upgrade SCCM 2007 - 2012 then from SCCM 2012 - 2016 .

We are in the process of upgrading SCCM 2007 to SCCM 2012 then later we will move next .
