Open ICA file as Different User

We have Intranet website. When we click on an icon on the website, it will open up the application with whatever user account we are logged in to the computer.

I want to have an option to open it as different user. I saved the link to my desktop, but still when I double click on it, it will open the application with the user account I am logged in with to the computer, it does not give you the option to open it as different user.

Any help ?

Thank you
