Outlook 2016 Can't Open Links

Hi,

I recently deployed Server 2016 with Office 2016. However when a user tries to click a link they get "How do you want to open this website?" with "Use an app" or Use the default browser". Neither of these options are clickable and neither is the ok button to proceed. Has anyone else seen this?

Did you set the default app:

Start->Settings-> System-> Default apps, under Web Browser, select the one that you want to use to open hyper links.

and

Open the Control->All Control Panel Item->Click default Programs->Set your default programs->Click Internet Explorer->Choose default for this program->Select All->Save
